Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to pick a plan?
No. There's only one plan — every team gets the full StatLine experience. Volume discounts kick in automatically as you add teams. No coupon codes, no plan switching.
What happens if I add or remove a team?
Your per-team rate adjusts at the next billing cycle. Add a 5th team and all five drop to $20/team. Remove one and the remaining four go back to $25/team. We'll always notify you before changes take effect.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes! You'll need to purchase your own domain and point it to our servers. There's no extra charge from StatLine — just the normal domain registration cost from your registrar.
What if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Your data stays available for 30 days in case you want to reactivate. After that, it's permanently deleted per our privacy policy.
What about 8+ teams?
For large programs with 8 or more teams, we offer custom volume pricing. Reach out to us and we'll put together a rate that works for your organization.
Will coach analytics tools always be free?
They're included free during our launch period. We may offer them as a paid add-on in the future, but early adopters will always get plenty of notice before any changes.
